The “Discuss your project” form requests only information useful to understand your enquiry. Limited technical data may also be processed by the hosting provider or security mechanisms to operate and protect the website.

• First and last name, company and job title
• Email address and phone number where provided voluntarily
• Type of need, objective, timing and indicative budget where provided
• Message describing the project or context
• Technical data strictly necessary for website security, diagnostics and operation
• Temporary pseudonymised technical identifiers used to limit abuse and automated submissions

Data is used to review your enquiry, respond, organise a conversation and prepare a potential assignment. Once a contractual relationship begins, some data is also used to perform the contract, administer invoicing and meet MSI’s legal obligations. Depending on the processing, the legal basis may be MSI’s legitimate interest in managing professional relationships, pre-contractual steps requested by the person, performance of a contract or a legal obligation.

Information is accessible only to people at MSI who need it and, where necessary, to technical providers involved in hosting, email, security or tools used in the professional relationship. It is not sold. If a provider involves a transfer outside the European Economic Area, MSI applies the safeguards required by data-protection law before the transfer.

The contact form does not store requests in a Drupal database: the message is sent to MSI’s configured recipient address. If an enquiry does not lead to a business relationship, related information is retained for no more than twelve months after the last exchange. If an assignment begins, necessary data becomes part of the client file and is retained for the duration needed to perform the contract and thereafter for applicable accounting, tax and legal periods.

You may request access to your data, correction or deletion, and restriction of certain processing. Depending on the legal basis, you may also object to processing or request portability. You may lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the Commission nationale de l’informatique et des libertés (CNIL).

In the launch configuration, the website does not use advertising trackers, marketing pixels or third-party audience-measurement tools requiring consent. Strictly necessary cookies or mechanisms may be used for technical operation, security or expected preferences such as language choice. If optional trackers are added later, they will not be activated until the required information and, where applicable, prior consent mechanism are in place.

MSI applies reasonable and proportionate measures to protect information received. As no online service can guarantee absolute security, do not send passwords, health data, highly sensitive data or critical confidential documents through the form. Appropriate arrangements can be agreed if an assignment requires protected information.
